Can't wait. Also, did you hear that the movie rights to the series have been sold to two different studios (Legendary Pictures & some Korean anime company).

Rumor has it Mathew Fox (cast: Lost, Vantage Point) will play Shepard...

Hey, hey, why the anger? Do you want another Dragon Age II?
I say let there be more delays. I can't wait to play it, but I'll wait to play an incredible game.

Origin Required for Mass Effect 3 on PC.

This'll be the last game from EA/Origin for me. Battlefield 3 is only great when it works and you find a decent server (base rape, hackers, etc.). Mass Effect 3...I have to know the end of the story. Damn them for capitalizing on that and blowing off Steam as a distributor.

Read into the fact that allow other 3rd party distributors except for Steam. Why? "Oh steam adopted these policies for DLC, blah, blah" we all know it's bull since every other 3rd party distributor does the same thing! Just admit they're directly competing with Steam since they're #1.

Yeah, BF3 has it's problems alright, and in need of some more patching/fixes for numerous issues (the "elevator" MAV being one of the bigger ones).

Steam isn't perfect by any means either, but IMO they've tried a little bit harder than EA has to get things right. What's interesting in all this is the trend toward content--it's become far more valuable than the means of delivery now... take Netflix vs. Hollywood as an example. It's only going to get more heated as time goes on.

Demo is out. Played it. It's awesome. Gotta finish the story.

March 6th. Hurry the hell up.

(!)

One thing kinda bothered me in the demo. Everything seemed...fast-paced. Like moving to cover to cover, reloading, etc. It feels like I was playing it X1.5 times the normal speed of reality. Anyone notice this?

Yes I noticed it too bro. It felt like my pistol was shooting at an insane rate, like rapid fire lol.

Also, to me, the textures seemed....off. Most were ok, but it seemed kinda "blurry" if you ask me. I hope this was only due to the demo. Maybe they didn't implement the higher textures to make the demo size small. There were only 3 main graphics options, being Resolution, Dynamic Shadows, and Antialiasing. They had way more options in ME2.

But in any case, I really wanted to see DX11 in this game. I am disappointed at that. They gave DAII DX11, and they couldn't do it for ME3 after freakin 2-3 years? /fail

I still love the story though. Gotta give MP a try later today.
