Well as long they provide the same service like Steam, I will not have a problem. I like being able to play offline if the Steam server is down. The only the problem is no multiplayer until the server is back up.

This move is outright dumb... everyone knows somebody will be able to figure a way around their proposed DRM... Even as I'm writing this, there are people who are playing call of duty mw 2 on cracked servers and a bunch of other online multiplayer games that work with cracked versions.
