Hello all,

I have an XPS 630i for about 4 years. Since 2 years I have a recurring problem.

Each time I'm start my computer (cold start), the fans start to run but the bios doesn't load, the fans continue to run indefinitely. So I am forced to cut the power of the PC and wait until the fans stop and powering on again the PC. The bios starts correctly but with default settings. The date setted to 2007,January, 1, so I need to change the date etc ... Dell has changed my motherboard, but the problem persists, I have changed the RAM and the bios cell, but still the same, I see one thing: the power supply ... ?

Curiously when the PC is warm, for example when i stop and restart the PC, it starts without any problem.

What do you think about this issue? Anybody have a similar problem?

Thank you for your help and sorry for my English.

Cyril
