I'm going to show my ignorance here and ask why ASRock is releasing a UEFI update that supports Ivy Bridge for original P67 Extreme4 owners? (Beta UEFI L3.02, bottom of page):http://www.asrock.com/mb/beta.asp?Model=P67%20Extreme4
...seeing as we lack the required hardware that the P67 Extreme4 Gen3 owners have which provides the PCI-E 3.0 support offered by Ivy Bridge (attached image).
I'm not complaining, just trying to figure out what (if any?) performance improvements are technically possible with this update?
