If seems that after my mobo was changed it wouldn't boot up correctly.
It kept looking for my Floppy Drive and a Sound Card.
I went into the BIOS many times and changed the settings to it wouldn't look for the HD Sound Card and the Floppy Drive but the settings wouldn't stay and the problem kept coming back.
After 3 or 4 mobo's and tech visits Dell called and informed me that they were going to give me an exchange...(oh damn :) ).

I stressed to them I was a avid gamer, (not really that much) but I wanted a good system with POWER to work with my video and audio editing.

When they called me back with the specs. they blew my away.

There sent me an Alienware R4 ATX Chassis, with the Gen 3 3.30 gigahertz Intel Core i7-3960X, the best i7 chip out there. Also a AMD Radeon 7870 HD 2gig video card and the SB X-Fi Titanium sound card. In addition it is that ATX chassis and water cooled. Eight gigs of RMA and USB 3 ports.

I am just blown away....where's the best place to get games to download online?

I know about Hubble Buggle.com

I can't remember my log in name for my real account... I am not new on the forum.

Woah--nice that they gave you a solid gaming PC! +1 to Dell (surprises even me!) :D

For online gaming, there's at least Steam, Origin, and Windows Live:

http://store.steampowered.com/

http://www.origin.com/download

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Live/PC

Thanks, the system came with Steam installed. I'll check out the other two sites.

One site I've been to, I think Hubble Bubble, you pay $1.00 and get to download a couple games.

How can they afford to do that, I did download A Company of Hero's....but I never got the hang of it.

Over time, the value and popularity of most games wanes, so companies just drop the price to what they think people will pay to play them. Team Fortress 2 (Valve/Steam) is a unique example in that, it's been free for a year or more, but still popular as Valve has involved the gaming community heavily via free maps and weapons/items.
