Over the past few days, I have been dealing with Cyberlink and some of their DVD/Multimedia products.
I have to say, that dealing with the company has caused me many problems - from pre-sales, purchase, product fufillment, install, tech support, and now the refund process.
Essentially, the issues I have are:
1. Selling a product claiming to have one set of features and delivering another (sound familiar to anyone here?).
2. Poor tech support
3. Product fufillment through Digital River has been a nightmare -download links don't work. The same canned response to support request 8 times (yes, 8 times - same email).
4. Me needing to explain to tech support what features their products have . . . etc . . . etc . . .
There are several others, but these are the main ones. I will go into more detail later, but for now, stay away!
