Since upgrading to Windows 10 / 64 bits, my Dell 630i got into blue screen with nvlddmkm.sys VIDEO TDR failure intermittently. I upgrades NVIDIA drivers different versions (e.g. 361.43, 361.62, 361.75, etc) but problem persists. Did you have same issue? Is there a fix? Currently i simply disable NVIDIA video driver and use default Microsoft and just to get by, at the expense of inferior graphic quality.

Windows 10 is the clear culprit here--and Dell isn't going to update the 630i BIOS to support it (for once, actually a good thing!).

Your best bet is to ditch Win10 (always a good thing in my book!) and go back to 7, or upgrade your system to something newer...since it's a mobo-related issue.

I've run into something similar even on my Dell 8700; had to update the BIOS to A11 (because I upgraded my gfx card to a 970 from the old 760)--which includes support for Windows 10--and now it gets stuck on the Dell logo screen on cold boots. Never happened with an older BIOS.

Needless to say, please don't ask me what I think about Windows 10. It wouldn't be pretty.

Way too many issues with Microslug and their North Korea attitude; not to mention the GUI designed by an 8-year-old with a crayon.
