After buying Dragon Age Inquisition last night and installing it only to be disappointed, I decided to gut my system and rebuild. After 8 hours scouring this site and searching our favorite online sites I ordered the following only to wonder if it will really work. Well Here is my shopping list and any input would be well received. (especially with the MOBO)

Old system stock 630i with a core2 duo.

Waiting patiently for:

Looks like you have made some great choices. I have just started playing Dragon Age Inquisition and I am not disappointed. The fact that you have decided to use the old 630i case is, in my opinion, the only way to go. Good luck with the re-build. There is loads of good advice on this site (if you follow my posts you will see how I made my rig what it is today).

Nice selection--it should serve you well! Let us know how it goes (with some pics to drool over the new hardware). :)

Well, I sent back the Vengeance Pro 2400 MHz ram as it was not on the Mobo hardware list and too much for the FX 8350. I re-ordered the ram in the 1866 MHz non pro version. The CPU can handle two of these and it is on the ASUS Crosshair V Formal-Z hardware list. If I want to max the ram out I would have to step down to 1600 MHz. Any-Who... Here is the RAM I re-ordered.... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007R1 ... UTF8&psc=1

Yeah, you can't go wrong getting RAM verified by your mobo manufacturer..!
