Hey everyone,

I finished Crysis the other night and was disappointed it wasn't longer. After I was off the ship, I was really excited to go back to the island and fight again on land (to help Prophet). However, after I pulled the shapely Doctor safely inside, credits starting flying on my screen. :(

When I played Halo 1 and Halo 2 on the Xbox, it seemed much much longer. This was my first PC game that I completed. Is it common for a PC game to be so short? Is there a 2nd part yet? I see there is Crysis Wars and Crysis Warhead. Which should be the next campaign to go thru?

Overall, I really enjoyed the game. I hated driving the vehicles. I wish they drove more like Halo 2. But the graphics was awesome and game play, specially the Jungle parts, was superb.

Thanks for any thoughts/help in advance.

The jungle fighting in Crysis is excellent--lots of fun sneaking around, picking off the North Koreans one by one, without getting nailed in the process. :)

Crysis Warhead is the sequel to Crysis (which picks up as you playing Prophet), which is also a lot of fun, but I believe is even shorter a game than Crysis. If you like the general action, and want more, feel free to pop in for some games at devjonfos' private server:

We usually play on Saturday afternoon (depending on which time zone you're in), but we've been known to play at other times as well--it's always a blast..!

Congrats mo_town_man and yes Crysis Warhead is the sequel as gdonner said, but you play the character Psycho (that weird British guy who keeps calling everyone muppets, lol).

I enjoyed Crysis Warhead even more (though it does seem shorter) because the weapons improve (dual AY69's anyone?), the graphics seem better, and I like the jungle path on that part of the island, no zero-gravity, but still some pesky aliens to deal with.

And on the other DVD that you get with the game upgrade is Crysis Wars which is the multiplayer version. And yes, please stop by and visit us at snipers-r-us.net and we'll PM you on Saturdays if you're interested in joining us.

Thanks for the information and invite guys. Tonight, I'll stop at Game Stop (I got stock in the company) and get Crysis:Warhead.

I got to warn yous however, on playing with yous multi-player, is that i'm not very good. LOL. Even on the regular difficult level, I seen me get killed like 20 times to get thru the hard parts. Took me forever to blow that big spider up toward the end.

I have also played a tad on-line thru gamespy, and them other people go thru me like they are swatting a fly. But I do enjoy the challenge.

But I do plan to play Crysis many more times at the harder difficult levels. Just love the jungle parts.

Sounds good! We have all skill levels of people--from folks like "maximus" who pops in now and then and is a one-man army, to devjonfos, BBF, Magnus, and Mikee who have been tending to kick me around the server lately. :) But we all have fun.

I just got Crysis Wars and Crysis Warhead from GameStop.

I haven't got to look at Wars yet, but Warhead is just plan AWESOME.

My 2 9800 GT's seem to run this better then original Crysis, and the sounds seem better too. Love the female suit voice better among other sound improvements.

I did have one crash already (just the game crashed not the entire puter), but not making a big deal about it. So far, i'm super super pleased.

How do I get them extra maps (from your game website) into Crysis Wars?

Thanks for the information guys. Warhead rules.

Then sort the list in your web browser by "Last modified" (At least that works in Firefox) and you'll see all the latest maps that we are trying out (6 of them).
