after 10 phone calls with dell technical with them constantly saying run this diagnostic and this diagnostic, they have run out of things to say.

they are picking up my 630i and going to explore why it keeps blue screening for so many different problems.

who thinks it will come back the same with the answer being we didnt find anything wrong?

I'm glad they're picking it up and (hopefully) will give it a thorough going-over. If I were to guess, I suspect they might replace the Master I/O board first, and then possibly swap out the motherboard if that doesn't fix it.

thx

he actually admitted there was no point sending a technician round as i have done everything possible, he probably wouldnt find anything

luckily i have just updated and it just constantly crashes now, was worried it wouldnt do it in there hands, will only run in safe mode with networking,

p.s. you never know it might turn itself into a xps 730 :D

LOL, don't hold your breath on the transformation to a 730.
