Hi

I followed the directions in the post here http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/19276918.aspx

For the Vista upgrade to 64-bit, everything came out fine and I got the disks this morning.

Only is that they send with it a notice that I need to send back a defective part and I don't know what they expect me to send back to them.

Does Anyone have any idas on what I need to send them back?

Thanks

I don't think there's anything to send back, if your upgrade was done like mine.

(I asked for a Vista 64 disk and got one.)

This is a generic "heads up" note saying that you might receive another note asking you to return a part. It was included included with every set of DVDs Dell sent me, and I was never sent any additional notes.

Bottom line: ignore unless you get another note. :)
