My original build, found here, has been turned in for almost a week. I decided to use my "evolve parts upgrade service" as I'm having my room torn apart and am moving things around.

I decided to turn it in for dual Titans, a new PSU, a non-led front fan and for firmware updates to be applied. I inquired about it through e-mail and ended up calling for more information. Once I got a quote for my old parts and received a total for the difference I was sold! I did received word yesterday that the 1KW PSU is on backorder, but I will be upgraded to a 1.2KW PSU with no additional cost. I didn't even complain.

Obviously, I am ecstatic and am hoping to have it by next week (fingers crossed). They still have to conduct a stress test tho' so we'll see.

I plan on posting pics and adding more from my experience with the service since I didn't really know what I was getting myself into when I paid the extra $20 bucks.

Thanks to Alvaro Masis and Daniel Ovalle!

Titans in SLI - NICE! The ATI 7970's went on sale. Bought two. Thought I did my research. Not quite. They take up three slots each, not two. My "lovely" Alienware runs 16X and 8X in slots 1 and 5. They ran pretty well actually but I didn't like the 16X and 8X. Returned them for two Asus 770's which are really oced 680's with improved fans and cooling but I'm pretty happy with them. I don't overclock but these Asus cards are overclocked out of the box. I like the Asus tweak utility just for a very easy way to monitor temps and GPU loads.
