I was asking the same question sometime ago & came up with this thread: GTX 200 series upgrades for the stock 630i

I have stock mobo & PSU and was able to go from dual 9800GTs to a BFG 275 OC with one 9800GT for PhysX. Pretty extensive thread, but there's a lotta good advice from some gurus here that seemed to of really triggered a few members to upgrade to the GeForce 275 as well.

GTX 275 is a great card, especially for the $$$/performance. The HD 5850 is also a great card, which has DX11 features, if you are into that for about $100 more. I would definitely grab a GTX 275 and keep one of your 9800GT's for physx, like Hairbautt did, or get the HD 5850 and you can still use Physx with a hack file that lets you use ATI/Nvidia together.

If it was me, I would go for the HD 5850, mainly because of the DX11 support and the extra VRAM for my high resolution monitor. But its really up to you, either one is a great card to upgrade to.
