Hey everyone,

I'm looking at buying a new set of Logitech Z-5500 Speakers for my computer/Xbox 360. ... tresources

All im wondering is if this system will work properly with my sound card which is the basic Integrated 7.1 Intel High Definition Audio. I'm saying this because i have an older 5.1 system right now but i cant seem to get any real power from the rear speakers, hence why i dont use them, so kinds of defeats the purpose of having a 5.1 speaker system.

If anyone could help with this, it would be greatly appeciated.

Looks like you'll be able to connect them via the "optical out" connection.
