Hi, I was just wondering. The last couple of days it has taken some time to load the various forums. A lot longer than normal anyway.

Well, we did move to a new host last Friday . . . I am not sure why things are moving slowly. I will look at the backend to see what I can find out . . .

Ditto. Not quite as bad as Dell's site, but...

The slow speed comes and goes. I am not sure what the next step is. I moved hosts because I was not able to access certain control issues on the previous host. This host came highly rated, but it appears that either the server the site is on, or something about our connection is causing some slowdown.

Really, the only solution for increased speed at this point is going to be a dedicated server or a virtual private server. . . . both of these options are costly. Starting at twice what I am paying now, and then goes up from there . . .

I am open to suggestions and comments. At this point, I am at wits end trying to find the right hosting solution . . . please - if you have ideas, send them my way - either in this thread or privately via email (webmaster at my630i dot com) or via private message.

Thanks!

David

Definitely faster/snappy loading again--whatever you did to speed it up seems to have worked! Thanks David..!

My 2 cents: it's definitely working fast most of the time, but I still get an occasional pause and "spinning donut" after clicking a link.
